1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of TurboDemand websites, forms, communications, and managed services. By using the site, submitting information, booking a call, or purchasing services, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
TurboDemand provides managed AI-search visibility, answer-asset, content, and demand generation services for B2B companies. Specific deliverables, fees, timelines, and commercial terms are provided in an order form, proposal, statement of work, or similar written agreement.
3. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate business information, source materials, approvals, and any access needed to perform the services. You are responsible for reviewing and approving claims, technical statements, regulated statements, and customer-specific materials before publication.
4. Payment
Payment terms are stated in the applicable order form, invoice, or written agreement. Unless a separate agreement says otherwise, fees are due when invoiced and are non-refundable once work has begun.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use TurboDemand websites or services to violate law, infringe third-party rights, distribute malware, send abusive or deceptive communications, interfere with the site, or submit information you do not have the right to provide.
6. Intellectual property
TurboDemand retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, templates, tools, software, know-how, and internal processes. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, customer-approved final deliverables prepared specifically for you are assigned or licensed to you after full payment.
7. Third-party services
TurboDemand may use third-party providers for hosting, communications, scheduling, analytics, payments, and business operations. Those providers are listed where relevant on the Subprocessors page.
8. No guaranteed outcomes
TurboDemand works to improve AI-search visibility and demand capture, but does not guarantee rankings, citations, traffic, leads, revenue, payment gateway approval, or any specific business outcome.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The websites and services are provided on an as-available basis, except as expressly stated in a written agreement. To the fullest extent allowed by law, TurboDemand is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when this page was last updated. Continued use of the site or services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
